Dedicated to celebrating film culture, the inaugural Bristol Film Festival will see a host of screenings and events taking place across the city.

Spanning zoo and cave screenings, cocktail making, wine tastings, studio tours, and much more, the inaugural Bristol Film Festival promises three days of entertaining events and activities this spring.

Taking place across the city from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 March 2016, the film festival promises screenings for all ages, with highlights including Madagascar at Bristol Zoo Gardens; Night at the Museum at Bristol Museum; and Amélie at Arnolfini.

Meanwhile, the festival’s Horror in the Caves series will present a number of nail-biting films including The Descent, The Thing, Alien, and The Blair Witch Project, which will be shown at Redcliffe Caves.

Aside from the on-screen action, festival goers can look forward to a Movie Cocktail Masterclass; tours of The Bottle Yard Studios; a Made in Bristol film series; and much more.

Spanning cult and global cinema, family films, horror screenings and plenty more fantastic film events, the city’s first Film Festival is sure to be a hit across Bristol.
