Featuring over 900 interesting lots, the auction, set to take place on Saturday 17 March 2018, will see Wellers of Guildford conducting a stock clearance sale at Ben’s Tiles and Reclamation yard in Bristol – the sale, which will be unreserved, will encompass a large collection of bygones, offering an eclectic range of quirky, beautiful and useful lots.

Among the wide range of building materials will be roof tiles, York stone flag, Indian sand stone and general paving slabs, while garden features include everything from bird baths and water fountains, to chimney pots and a pair of lions.

Meanwhile decorative items such as lampposts, Royal Mail post boxes, BT phone boxes, fireplaces and grates, and log burners will be featured. And sure to be a highlight, lot 263 will be a set of beautiful gates which were originally designed for St Paul’s Cathedral.

With plenty of inspiring lots, there will also be eclectic items including a vintage tractor, staircase, Mercedes Benz car, industrial units, commercial sinks, and a dentist’s cabinet.

There will also be a preview in the weeks leading up to the auction, open between 7.30am and 5pm on Monday to Saturday.
