Men, lace up your trainers and prepare to hit the tarmac, with the Sanlam Go Dan Run 5k or 10k race set to return to Bristol this summer.

Men – and boys – start your engines for the return of the Sanlam Go Dad run on Sunday 19 June 2016, with the all-male, all-ages 5k and 10k races set to take place at the city’s Greville Smyth Park.

The fun run will see runners, joggers and walkers of all ages lace up their trainers and hit the tarmac, with girlfriends, wives, mums, sisters and more welcome to come along and show their support for the boys.

Raising donations and sponsorship money for Prostate Cancer UK, each participant will receive a novelty pair of blue underpants and t-shirt to wear over their jogging gear, with the hope that this event will spread awareness of male health.
