Offering the perfect opportunity to explore the city on foot, Bristol Walk Fest features more than 170 routes, with distances for all abilities.

The UK’s largest urban celebration of walking, Bristol Walk Fest 2016 offers a varied programme of strolls throughout the city, for all ages and abilities.

Taking place across Bristol from Sunday 1 to Tuesday 31 May 2016, the festival will see more than 170 walks in partnership with 70 local organisations, with themes including nature, history, wildlife, wellbeing, architecture and art.

And with everything from Nordic walking and Bristol Dogs and Cats Home’s Mutt Strut, to tree trails and bird song rambles, there’s something for everyone.

For those hoping to work on their fitness, explore the countryside, discover Bristol’s rich heritage, or simply to spend some time in the great outdoors, the fourth Walk Fest promises an inclusive celebration of the city.
